The Systems Link was founded in 2016 by Sandy Domingos-Shipley, a qualified ISO auditor and Chartered Quality Member of CQI, But Sandy is not your typical ISO consultant.

“I’m dyslexic, with a touch of ADHD, which means I naturally see patterns, simplify complexity, and solve problems in creative ways.

Using storytelling, analogies, and visual tools to engage teams at every level, I ensure ISO becomes something people actually want to use, rather than something they feel forced into.
